When last you locked your car key in the car?

Well, I did that today. I cannot recall ever doing that. Felt so silly calling a friend from work and asking her to bring the spare key for me. Here's what happened....

..I went to get something from the new apartment, so parked outside and locked the doors and took out the key. Then I realized that the windows had been left over, and it was looking overcast. So I opened back the car, put the key in the ignition, turned on the car, wound up the windows, then do what I always do.....used the lock button on the inside to lock all locks, then locked the door.

Wondered why the radio was still playing, then I realized my faux pas! Good thing nowhere is really far in the Spice Isle. She was there in a jiffy.

Financial Freedom Starts Here

I went to see a financial coach last year and realized that, without a spouse or kids (some people's insurance policy), I better get a serious move on getting Financial Freedom.

So I gave the landlord notice, found a place which costs 40% less than what I am paying now. So all of that is going into investments. What investments? I have no clue! But I'm gonna find out.

I'll take a picture of the fantastic view once the rain starts and the place gets green again.
