Too long on this darn internet!

I was warned by the physiotherapist and doctor about spending a lot of time sitting at this here computer. Tonight I have gone about 2 hours! Just terrible. The clothes have been in need of hanging out for some time but instead I waste time on here. My neck is going to pay for it tomorrow!. Cho.
