It's boots all the way for me

Ah cyan tek when tings not good.

I bought some regionally made Knee Highs to wear to work. I think they made in Panama. I really should get up to go check the label, but I jes know it nuh mek in UK or USA.

I can only get one wear out of a pair, and that is not very economical. It always runs at the toe. Bloody annoying I say.

I was in the pharmacy in Jamaica the other day and picked up a whole heap, and then remembered I was 'hoff to Hingland' in a few and prompty bought only just enough to tide me over until next week when I arrive there. I'm a Boots brand devotee. Good and sturdy, like me.

Please keep the weather good for me. I hear it's been brilliant.

lol@island. You know what? I like to wear knee highs with my pants if I'm wearing a close up shoes. Hate the feeling of my bare feet in enclosed shoes.

Lawd, ah hope nobady don't see me and tink ah look like dem blue hair aunt :o

Hey Yammy, I'm assuming that you were there. How was the closing ceremony in Barbados. I haven't heard peep about it at all. Have seen nothing written about it either.

Nope, wasn't there. Remained in Jamaica, and was happy I didn't take Darren Powell's advice soon after the opening round where he said they were goign to reach the finals.

Eeeem, I've never had that stigma about knee highs. If I don't wear them, I would have to wear panty hose and I only wear pants to work so that wouldn't be good for the hygiene...di ladies know what ah mean.

But just to annoy one of my colleagues who can't stand the knee highs, I lift up my pants leg and bare all!

And oh, the stockings are made in China and marketed by a company in TT

Never had Jaffa cakes I don't think.

I'm just concerned about how I am going to be running around following the cricket, seeing who I need to see, and that will take me to....

London
Taunton
Leeds
Nottingham
Cardiff
possibly Southampton

Ah, Leeds, say Hi to my old town/city for me.

I must not be a woman because I don't ever wear stockings

Enjoy leeds... why aren't you heading further north? Chester-le-Street is a great little place and it's fun to watch cricket there, really nice crowd, not too big... although the last time I watched the windies there, they all looked sooo cold in the field!
