The Herbalist

When I reached home, I put on the tv to watch The Herbalist, a Grenadian man who is always telling people here tha they eating bad foods and food making them ill.

Last week on the show, somebody called in and told him to stop talking nonsense and about things which he don't know. He fanned him off.

The Herbalist is used by a sports person I know who sings his praises. There are questions as to what qualifies him to give out all of this medical advice. But people go to him, and they seem to do better, so hey...keep on doing your thing Mr Herbalist.

LOL! I am a bit sceptical about these herbalists and their herbs. I just believe you can eat everything in moderation, as the saying goes,"too much a one thing good fi nuttin". The aim is to be balanced.

Steups. The Herbalist (real name Patrick Delves) is seriously going to cause someone to OD on something "herbal", or not to seek proper medical help. It drives me to distraction that he totally brushes off any suggestion of traditional medicine being used in conjunction with a carefully monitored herbal regime. With him, it's herbs ONLY or nothing.

Thank goodness for the remote control!

Speaking of which.. I nearly run into you in the pharmacy on Sunday Yammie! I was pondering plucking up de courage to say "Hi" but.... you know.... ah shy! :)

in the morning. I think I stopped in to get a newspaper. Two ladies came in with a little girl, was one of them you?

Or were you the lady who was at the cash counter when I walked in?
