In a rut today

Didn't exercise yesterday (apart from the walk to work) so was determined to go today.

Got up at 6am...well actually the clock alarmed at 6 am and I hit the snooze button twice then still didnt get up. Eventually got out of bed at 6:47am. Had breakfast, instead of the usual water therapy because I wanted to exercise early since it is going to be a late night at work today.

Had intended to head out to the gym at 8:30am, but at about 9:15, I went back into the bed. Didn't sleep a wink but I feel so tired. Maybe the anemia thing is back. I dunno. Maybe I should take some iron tablets just in case.

Anyway, I will still carry my gym clothes to work and hope to bathe after and change back into clothes for cocktails. I dunno, I dunno, but I feeling real tired these days. It's affecting my productivity for sure. Gotta find a cure.

We all have those tired days, don't worry. Just make sure you try and hit the gym the next day. Taking multivitamins tablets is a very good idea.

I am down to one day per week for gym, due to school and work. I wanted to get up and go in the mornings, but it's so hard to get out of bed early. I have to try though.

Yeah, since you're anaemic you probably should be taking iron tabs every day.
