I remembered that I had taped one of my Pilates classes at Spartan. Was looking for it the other night but couldn't find it. While tidying the guest room tonight - the one with the creaking bed.....actually all the beds in the house creak, so no sex....oh, there's the carpet - I found the tape.
So now I listening to it to get some inspiration, and see if there are any exercises on it that I haven't remembered. I keep doing the same exercises on my own here in Grenada and there are hundreds of Pilates exercises. I keep telling my teacher she needs to make a DVD. I'm going to bring it up again next time I see her.
At least the weight budged a bit. But it wasn't due to any hard work on my part, but rather the womanly cycle. I'm now 91.6, down from 93.8. The weight tracker thingy does not recognize decimals.
