I checked the TV Guide today and saw that Island Stylee with host, Jamaican Rachel Stuart was coming on, so flicked the switch and was very pleased to see they started out with a feature on Jamaican Spas.
After some other segments (Curacao and Nassau), they showed Donovan Morris, the guy who, along with his brothers and sister Sandy, cooks up a storm for people like Dr D who go over to Lime Cay.
The food looked great, succulent chicken and a large plate of shrimp. Dr D has described the food over there on his weblog. He will do a link to it cause mi cyan bodda go look fi it. (Be a dear Dr D)
